Freedom over Lock-in

I believe users should own their data and leave anytime. I default to open source, open standards, export buttons, and self-hostable architectures. No walled gardens on my watch.

Humans over Metrics

I refuse dark patterns, infinite doomscroll, and engagement-at-all-costs. I design for attention, dignity, and calm. If a feature harms wellbeing to lift a KPI, I kill it — and I'll tell you why.

Less, but Better

Minimalism is moral. Every kilobyte is a cost on someone's data plan, battery, and planet. I ship fast, accessible, sub-100kb pages that work on a $80 phone in Freetown as well as a MacBook anywhere.

Built real-time bidding for 2 years. Saw what surveillance pays for. Walked out, deleted 40k lines of tracking code with joy, went full open-source.
